Hello!

We are excited to be looking for the perfect part time help for our family, beginning mid-late Summer 2024.

About us: We are an entrepreneurial family (running two online businesses) with an 18 month old daughter and baby boy due in June! We love to be active, the outdoors, food, our church, meeting new people and spending time with friends and family. Our daughter is silly, active, fun, and loves all things water play and imagination. We live in a wonderful, safe Highlands Ranch neighborhood with walking access to trails, a park/playground, and the Southridge community center. 

What we’re looking for: PT help (15-20 hours a week) that will include

  • Caring for our toddler (and baby boy when he arrives) when we have business events or functions (mostly occurring during late afternoon or evening hours with occasional Saturday hours), usually 1-2 days per week
  • Helping with one child during the day so mom can run errands, schedule appointments or have one-on-one time with the other sibling
  • Weekly house cleaning
  • House pickup/organization
  • Meal prep
  • Someone who can plan their schedule with us in advance, but have some flexibility during the week for some of the hours we need help

The perfect candidate will

  • Be extremely accountable and have great communication! We need someone we can rely on to show up and communicate promptly and clearly
  • Truly love children. Our kids are our world and we want to leave them with someone who will love and care for them like we do
  • Have experience with BOTH toddlers and newborns, including diaper changes, bottle feeding, bedtime routines, caring for two young children at once when needed
  • Love to be active and do activities vs. turn on the TV—we’re not a no-screen home but use it occasionally/as a last resort, and want our children to be playing, learning, and engaging
  • Be outgoing, fun, friendly and energetic
  • Be able to schedule specific days and times ahead of time, with some flexibility throughout the week depending on needs/schedules
  • Be looking for longterm (1-2 years+) employment. We’d love to have you become a part of our family during this season!
  • Have solid values. We are a Christian family and would love to work with someone who values kindness, integrity, work ethic and can be a good example for our children
