The Global Outreach Partner Coordinator supports the Global Outreach Ministry team by fostering strong relationships with global ministry partners while ensuring effective communication, pastoral care, and strategic support.

• Global ministry and/or missionary experience (preferred)

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving ministry needs
• Strong organizational, partnership-building, and administrative skills
• Ability to engage effectively across generations, with strength in connecting with younger generations
• Passion for evangelism and discipleship
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Recruit, develop, and oversee Serve team members in the Global Outreach ministry
• Provide pastoral care and support to global partners as needed
• Serve as the primary point of communication for global ministry partners (keep accurate relevant information and missionary prayer cards)
• Assist in the training, coaching, and support of global partners
• Participate in identifying and exploring new partnerships
• Create service opportunities for the congregation to participate in
• Organize and coordinate specialized partner care events
• Manage and equip partner care Serve team members in outreach initiatives
• Assist in onboarding and training new Serve team members
• Provide financial reports and other relevant data as required
• Work closely with the Global Mobilization Coordinator to align outreach efforts
• Support the Global Outreach team as needed to enhance ministry effectiveness
• Meet regularly with the Global Outreach Pastor to pursue ongoing spiritual and professional growth opportunities

COMPENSATION:

We take good care of our people. The anticipated salary for this role is $50,000 – $53,000 with full benefits provided in addition to the salary.
