Position Overview:
The Front Office Coordinator will ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment, supporting the executive assistant team and senior leadership with scheduling, meeting planning, facilities management, and front-desk responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors while monitoring the front door for packages and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Support scheduling, in-person meetings, and planning executive lunches and events. Coordinate with the executive assistant team to provide seamless support to senior leaders.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities-related needs.
- Facilitate communication between remote and in-office team members.
The successful candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:
- Front desk, administrative, or office coordination roles in a professional setting.
- Managing visitors, handling corporate communications, overseeing packages, and performing reception duties.
- Support meeting coordination and executive scheduling.
- Using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Monday.com.)
- Always maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor
Baseline Requirements
Education, Professional Certification, and Licenses:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications in office administration or customer service (nice to have but not required)
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a front office, administrative, or office coordination role
- Experience supporting executives or professional services teams is a plus
Travel and Schedule:
- On-site role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Minimal to no travel expected
