Hello!

My husband and I live in the Harvard Gulch neighborhood off of Broadway and Iliff. We have a separate apartment in our basement with a furnished kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom, and bedroom. There is a shared laundry room, and backyard.

We are looking for someone who wants to live rent free in the apartment in exchange for 20 hours of childcare for our eight month old daughter. We are looking forward two full days of childcare and then an evening or 2 a week.
