Hope’s Promise is seeking a qualified Foster Care Program Caseworker. This position offers opportunities to utilize social work and counseling skills while providing monitoring and support of certified foster families.
Hope’s Promise is a small, Christian, family-oriented nonprofit. We provide foster care services, adoption services and global orphan care. In each of our programs we work diligently to ensure that children have the opportunity to grow up in safe and nurturing families.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in social work or in the social/behavioral sciences
2. Personal or professional experience with foster care, adoption, or case management
3. Previous SAFE training is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Support recruitment, retention, and training of foster parents
2. Conduct SAFE home study assessments for prospective foster families
3. Supervise certified foster families and provide support and crisis intervention as needed
4. Prepare written reports as required by state regulations, state statute and this agency
5. Maintain client case files in compliance with the state regulations and the standards of this agency
6. Attend court hearings, family engagement meetings, and other state-wide meetings as needed
