Who We Are: The Clear Creek Rock House has been a dynamic youth outreach for over twenty years in Idaho Springs. We offer free mentoring, tutoring, after-school activities and events for underprivileged 6th through 12th graders of Clear Creek County. We have developed our programming through the 40 Colorado Assets by the Search Institute to ensure success with our youth. The Rock House has a mission to offer support, guidance, and advocacy for adolescents while they learn and develop, socially and academically.

Mission: To be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving underprivileged teens and their families in the Clear Creek County community.

Purpose:  To love all people unconditionally and without judgment, welcoming the stranger and showing God’s love to the unloved.

Position overview:  The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management of the Rock House, including strategic leadership, HR management of a small staff, program oversight, fundraising, budgeting and community relations.
