Director of Engagement & Hospitality

$60K (annual salary, full-time, 40 hours/week, overtime-exempt position)

To develop, oversee and equip collaborative ministry efforts including Women’s Ministry, Common Space Groups and activities, Newcomers’ Coffees, New Covenant Partner classes and assists with Pastoral Care duties as needed. Through prayer, spiritual formation and discipleship this position will help connect and care for those seeking a church home as well as covenant partners at all stages of their faith journey.
