Director of Client Services
Alternatives Pregnancy Center exists to care for Denver-area women and men in pregnancy-related crisis and offer them a meaningful alternative to abortion. Position Summary:
The Director of Client Services provides options consultation to clients of Alternatives Pregnancy Center. Supervises, evaluates and encourages the Client Services Associate. Provides direction to interns, and in-office volunteers. Directs and oversees the services provided to clients. Monitors and oversees client record keeping and statistics. Part of a larger client services team.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in related field including Psychology or Social Work.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
- Experience with vulnerable population and/or crisis counseling.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Consultation:
- Provide trauma and shame informed crisis options consultation for women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy.
- Provide on-going follow-up, options consultation, and/or support resources for clients.
- Act as Client Advocate with other agencies to which clients are referred.
- Exemplify excellence in the CARE model (Compassionate Care, Attuned Attention, Responsible Roles,
- Entrusted Empowerment) taught in The Alternatives Approach training, and implement in the options
- counseling conversation.
Ultrasound Program:
- Communicate regularly with Nurse Manager and RDMS in conjunction with Client Service Director team to coordinate medical processes, forms, clinic flow, volunteer training, and client communication.
- Provide input into Ultrasound services provided to clients.
- Communicate with Sonographer and Nurse Manager to set dates for ultrasounds at the office.
Administration:
- Oversee the maintenance of client records.
- Answer Helpline calls and schedule appointments during office hours.
- Supervision of all matters pertaining to clients, volunteers and interns in the Aurora location.
- Attend monthly meetings
- Provide Client Services support in satellite clinic locations as needed.

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
