Alternatives Pregnancy Center’s Mission Statement:

Alternatives Pregnancy Center exists to care for Denver-area women and men in pregnancy-related crisis and offer them a meaningful alternative to abortion. We’re seeking a versatile and creative team member to support our communications and marketing efforts across all platforms, digital and print. This role blends design, analytics, and content creation to help us tell compelling stories and engage our audience effectively. Ideal candidates want to use their skills in a faith-based environment that serves the community with compassion and a high standard of care, unified in the belief that every life, born and preborn, has inherent worth and dignity.

Education/Experience Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred

· Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

· Experience with back-end web design

· Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Ads

· Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling

· Experience with copyediting

· Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

· Nonprofit experience

· Experience with photography/videography

· Basic understanding of video editing for social media platforms

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Oversee all graphic design initiatives across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence

· Manage and track in-house production of printed materials to support marketing campaigns, events, and program needs

· Design and format internal training resources to support program delivery and staff development

· Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the communications content calendar for social media

· Provide backend website support, including design updates and content management

· Assist in the setup, monitoring, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics data to support digital marketing goals and improve audience engagement.

· Support the Social Media Manager with video editing, graphic design, and content planning for reels and other digital assets

· Design donor-facing materials for the Development Team, including annual reports, event logos, and promotional collateral
