Are you motivated to help students succeed? Do you understand the college application process and know how to guide students and parents in navigating the journey to college admission? If you answered yes, you might be the candidate we’re looking for.

Front Range Christian School seeks a College Counselor to assist students and families in planning for academic success during high school with an eye toward college admission. Specific responsibilities include meeting with students and families to discuss course selection to ensure students are on-track to graduate, developing relationships with different colleges and universities, teaching a class called “College, Career, and Calling,” and assisting students and families in applying for college — navigating financial aid, coordinating an on-campus College Fair, and coordinating standardized testing. Experience with college admissions is a plus and experience in college counseling is preferred.

Qualified candidates will have a thriving relationship with Christ and a Bachelor’s Degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred). We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with impressive interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must also be theologically discerning and wise, especially concerning ideas about vocation, calling, and life after high school.

FRCS offers a great work environment with a strong community. All of our staff have the opportunity to mentor students and help them model Christ’s love to the world. Our goal is to raise up Christian scholars, and our mission is to partner with the Christian home and the church in training children for life and equipping them to impact the world for Christ.

To Apply: If our mission and goal resonate with you, and if you’d like to see if you’re a good fit for our community, please email your cover letter and resume to
