Collaborative Preschool Educator
Treasureland Preschool is a learning community which understands the power of relationship-based early childhood learning and believes in the immense value of play as a conduit for a child’s exploration and discovery of his or her world. Team members who thrive in our learning community understand and promote our relationship-based approach to education and family partnerships and are committed to the inclusion of diverse perspectives. If you love cultivating the curiosity of young children, want to roll up your sleeves as part of a collaborative team, and flourish in a relationship-based environment, please consider applying! As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children, nurturing their curiosity, creativity, and growth.
We have an opening for an experienced Preschool Early Childhood Co-Teacher in our program. Early childhood teachers plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities that stimulate inquiry, problem solving, language development, and positive social interactions. All candidates should exhibit respect for children and a passion for fostering their learning and development. Keen observational skills and the desire to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a co-teacher are critical. At Treasureland Preschool, we believe in continuous professional growth and create an environment where team members support one another and share ideas. You will work closely with a team of passionate educators who are committed to building strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and each other.
To qualify, candidates must have the following:
