Church Administration (non-pastoral roles)
Provide organizational leadership and administration for the church in alignment with Connect’s vision & values through overseeing the church’s operations, building & leading teams, thinking strategically, executing tasks, coordinating projects & events, and providing administrative support to the Lead Pastor. Ensure wise and effective financial stewardship. Oversee Sunday services. Enable the Lead Pastor to do what he does best by effectively managing & executing other important tasks.
This is a 25-hour/week salaried position. Normal work hours would be Sunday-Thursday. Holiday, weekend, and evening hours will be required for groups and events (including Christmas Eve and Easter). Target start date: Dec. 1stTo Apply: firstname.lastname@example.org
