Our Snapshot process and corresponding categories allow business owners to quickly remove obstacles to God’s Truth, while learning peer-to-peer about better ways to develop relationships with Christ, with family, and with the business. We are relationship-driven, rather than curriculum-driven, and our Advisor Corps is made up of retired or semi-retired business leaders with a passion for helping others grow deeper in faith and in their relationship with God

Unlike other peer-related Christian groups you may find, Iron Forums is not based on an expansive curriculum, nor wisdom from one of today’s business leaders; rather, we offer these three unique perspectives:

• We have an Advisor Corps of business leaders who have been called to serve entrepreneurs by sitting in on Snapshot groups during the Forums, and making themselves available for 1:1 calls, and consulting between Forums.
• Our Snapshot™ and the process we follow has been central to Iron Forums since our founding over 20 years ago. It’s a simple, yet very deep and useful tool to aid our discussions and accountability during Snapshot time at the Forums.

Who are we searching for?

The CEO is the spiritual visionary leader of Iron Forums and is responsible for creating Christ-centered communities that spiritually impacts business leaders, their family and their business. This role will serve primarily to identify, connect and develop the Christian entrepreneurs, leaders, and influencers to live out God’s plan.

While providing spiritual leadership in all areas of Iron Forums life and function, the new CEO will be highly relational and able to lead collaboratively with the Leadership and the staff to provide opportunities for members and guests. The goal is for members to be discipled toward growth in their daily walk of faith so that they may impact their families, businesses, and communities with Jesus-centered lives. The candidate should be culturally savvy, evangelical, and have experience leading in a multi-staff setting. Multi-site and/or expansion experience would be a plus.

EDUCATION

Although formal education is not a predetermining factor for the selection of the new CEO, it is more likely that he/she will hold at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited seminary, college, or university. An advanced degree and/or experience in ministry and business is a plus.

• Models standards and expectations of leaders within Iron Forums [4H’s (Humble, Hungry, Healthy, Holy Spirit Driven) and 4T’s (Truth, Transparency, Traction, Transformation)]
• Active member of a Biblically sound local church

RESPONSIBILITIES

The appointment of the new CEO at Iron Forums marks a unique opportunity for an innovative leader dedicated to establishing Christ-centered communities in key U.S. metropolitan areas. This initiative aims to positively impact business leaders, their families, and business.

Initially, the CEO will work closely with the Iron Forums Founder and Atlanta City Director(s), focusing on integrating into the organizational culture, understanding the EOS process, Lifework, and the responsibilities of a City Director role. This will involve frequent travel for visits to interact with the Board, City Director(s), members, and engage in local Forums.

To further grasp Iron Forums’ operations and values, the new CEO will be involved in recruiting business leaders, launching a City Forum, and assuming the City Director role in their current location. Leveraging their entrepreneurial skills and professional connections, the CEO will nurture a thriving community of business leaders. The CEO’s aim is to identify a successor City Director within the first 12-18 months and expand the initiative to multiple cities.

• Develop and execute processes and procedures to aid in the culture, quality, and growth of all forums in all cities,including but not limited to:
  • City Director/Facilitator Recruiting, Hiring, and On-Boarding
  • City Director/Facilitator, Table Leader and Advisor Training
  • City/Forum Operational Excellence
  • Organization-wide Communication

• Run City Director EOS Process
  • Lead L10’s, quarterlies and annual with City Directors
  • Oversee accomplishment of quarterly and annual goals per city
  • Equip City Directors to run EOS process with their local facilitators

• Serve as the EOS Integrator on the Leadership Team
  • Report to the Board with his vision and ideas
  • Attend and Contribute to the Quarterly / Annual EOS
  • Lead Leadership Team L10s
  • Attend Quarterly Board meetings
  • Attend Marketing team meetings as needed

EXEPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP SKILLS

• The candidate must embrace the ability to work within a community and promote innovation through collaboration. In addition, the individual will be able to connect across wide networks and various faith backgrounds.
• At least ten or more years leading in an effective and growing role in the marketplace and/or ministry is desired.
• Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills, as well as adept in creative communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong organizational building skills, relational leadership abilities, and strategic acumen is a must.
• Upholds unwavering character and integrity, nurturing a deep spiritual connection through daily prayer and Scripture study, while prioritizing family life to exemplify dedication to his Spiritual calling.
