Contract: 1099 initially, transition to W-2 FTE upon proven success

The Position
We are building a team of hungry, driven, and competitive Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to fuel our growth. If you thrive on cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals, this is the perfect role for you. We’re looking for self-motivated go-getters who can identify opportunities, win trust, and drive revenue.
This role is for those who love the chase and the close—scrappy, dynamic, and eager to make an impact. You’ll be part of a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment where competition is encouraged and success is rewarded.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify and research commercial construction opportunities.
- Cold Call & Network – Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Educate & Sell – Communicate Knockout Build’s value proposition and services.
- Qualify & Convert – Set up meetings and appointments for senior sales reps.
- Manage Pipeline – Track leads, follow up consistently, and push deals forward.
- Collaborate & Close – Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For…
- 0–5 years of sales or business development experience (construction knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Fearless cold callers who aren’t afraid to hear “no” and keep pushing.
- Natural relationship builders who can win trust quickly and keep conversations moving.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable – you take feedback and run with it.
- Competitive mindset – you love hitting targets, outperforming peers, and being rewarded for it.
- Organized and detail-oriented – you can juggle multiple deals and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus but not required.
