Are you a creative, compassionate, and energetic caregiver? We’re looking for a friendly family helper/babysitter who can step in to support a busy single mom with three imaginative daughters!

About Our Family

• Three girls (ages 9, 7, and 4.5) who love to bake, craft, paint, play pretend, and explore the outdoors.
• My 9-year old has some neuro-developmental needs that sometimes require extra empathy and patience
• Single mom working full-time and occasionally traveling for work.
• We live in a large, light-filled home near Monaco Parkway and 6th Avenue in the Crestmoor neighborhood.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ad-hoc babysitting, typically once a week or every other week (usually on Friday through Sunday).
• Occasional overnight care during the week or help during school breaks.
• Some care while mom is home but working—keeping the kids engaged and happy.

We understand that balancing schedules can be tricky, and we value any flexibility you can offer. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is compassionate to our family’s needs, especially with a mom juggling a full-time career and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (references preferred).
• Experience with neurodivergent children a plus
• Willingness to learn and try the methods I practice to meet my children’s unique needs.
• Must engage actively with the kids, bringing energy and positive ideas to keep them creatively involved.

Compensation

• $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• $150 flat rate for overnight care.
