Job Board

Provide pastoral leadership for the church in alignment with Connect’s mission, vision, values, and strategy. Oversee the church’s ministry & operations through building & leading teams, thinking strategically, coordinating projects & events, and executing tasks. Ensure wise and effective financial stewardship. Oversee Sunday services. Enable the Lead Pastor to do what he does best by meaningfully shepherding people and effectively managing & executing other important tasks.

This is a full-time salaried position. Normal work hours would be Sunday-Thursday. Holiday, weekend and evening hours will be required for groups and events (including Christmas Eve and Easter).
