A Unique Ministry Opportunity
Our congregation is prayerfully seeking the man God is preparing to become our next Associate Pastor/Lead Pastor-Designate through a planned season of mentoring, shared ministry, and intentional leadership transition.
This position offers the unique opportunity to serve alongside experienced leadership while developing meaningful relationships within the congregation before assuming the responsibilities of Lead Pastor after a relatively short apprenticeship.

The ideal candidate will:
- Love Jesus Christ deeply and model a life of integrity, humility, and prayer.
- Be a gifted expositor and communicator of God’s Word.
- Connect naturally with children, students, young adults, families, and senior adults.
- Possess a shepherd’s heart for discipleship and pastoral care.
- Equip and encourage others to discover and use their spiritual gifts.
- Lead collaboratively with wisdom, grace, and biblical conviction.
- Cast a compelling vision for the future while honoring the church’s heritage.
- Have a passion for evangelism and community engagement.
Primary Ministry Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate gifting and leadership in:
- Biblical preaching
- Expository Bible teaching
- Discipleship and spiritual formation
- Pastoral care and visitation
- Biblical counseling
- Leadership development
- Vision casting and church growth leadership
- Intergenerational ministry
- Evangelism and community outreach
- Staff supervision and team development
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- A Master of Divinity (or equivalent theological degree) from an accredited seminary or be actively pursuing completion of such a degree.
- A clear calling to pastoral ministry.
- A life that reflects the biblical qualifications for elders found in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9.
- A commitment to evangelical theology and the authority and sufficiency of Scripture.
- The ability to lead collaboratively with staff, elders, ministry leaders, and volunteers.

Compensation & Benefits
We desire to care well for our pastor and his family by providing a generous and flexible compensation package.
Salary and overall compensation are fully negotiable, based upon education, ministry experience, and qualifications.
