First Baptist Church is seeking an Associate Pastor whose calling and passion will shape the final job description to align with the overarching needs of our ministry. This role is envisioned as a collaborative partnership alongside Pastor Michael, encompassing various areas of ministry, including support for Families, Students, and Music.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Pastor will work closely with Pastor Michael and other ministry leaders to identify and address specific needs within these areas. Responsibilities may include providing support and guidance to families as they navigate their spiritual journey, offering mentorship to students seeking to deepen their faith, and contributing to the worship experience through music ministry.
