Associate Campus Minister to Women
Campus Christian Fellowship at Appalachian State University is seeking a mature and committed Christian woman to fill the role of Associate Campus Minister to Women. In this role, you will have the incredible responsibility of developing women into a committed and disciplined relationship with Christ that will build the foundation for their Christian journey. This position is a salaried position and will report directly to the Lead Campus Minister.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversight of student leaders
- One-on-one or small group discipleship of students
- Develop and implement the vision for the ministry of CCF
- Theological and spiritual training and teaching of students
- Engage supporting and non-supporting churches and individual families on behalf of CCF
- Plan, organize, and participate in large group meetings, conferences, retreats, and missions trips
- Attend and occasionally lead weekly staff meetings
- Attend and give ministry reports in quarterly board meetings
Other Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Raise financial support for the ministry of CCF
- Make and maintain contact with potential supporters of CCF
- Submit written reports for Board Meetings and monthly newsletters
- Submit budget requests for annual budget proposals
- Assist Lead Campus Minister with administrative duties
- Meet with a mentor on a regular basis
- Pray consistently for the students of CCF
Qualifications:
- Have a growing and vibrant relationship with Christ
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ministry Experience preferred
