This person will shepherd teams of volunteers to oversee weekly programs, strategic ministry initiatives, day-to-day discipleship, and special events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter (ready to try it) and eager to learn (quick to listen).  The work history of the candidate should demonstrate at least two years of effective ministry. The Assistant Pastor must lead by example of life and godliness.
