JOB DESCRIPTION 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sunday Morning Support 

• Act as the CML, see playbook.
• Ensure lesson plans, supplies, and materials are ready and accessible for volunteers prior to Sunday mornings. 
• Oversee classroom and curriculum set up and tear down on Sunday mornings         (7 a.m. to ~1:00 p.m.)
• Teach in classrooms twice a month and sub, as needed

Volunteer Communication & Coordination 

• Schedule weekly volunteers using Planning Center
• Communicate with volunteers regarding schedules, lesson notes, reminders, curriculum, and updates
• Support a culture of encouragement, clarity, and appreciation among volunteers (birthdays, care, etc.)

Other Support  

• Assist the Children’s Ministry Coordinator with occasional administrative or ministry tasks as assigned
• Support in planning and preparation for special events and trainings
• Be a member of the Children’s Ministry Team 

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS 

Minimum Qualification: 

• Commitment to Anglican Distinctives and Trinity’s mission, vision, and core values 
• Take one day of the week as a sabbath
• Familiarity with technology and able to navigate various platforms

COMPENSATION 

Part-Time, Up to 10 hours per week, $20-25 per hour
