The Summer Elementary Program Director leads a Christ-centered summer program for elementary students by building strong relationships and creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing 5 week summer day camp. This role plans and oversees daily activities, field trips, and program logistics while supporting students’ spiritual and emotional growth. The Director supervises and supports a small team of Teachers + Assistant Teachers and manages key administrative and communication responsibilities to ensure a smooth, mission-aligned program.
