Administrative Director, Hispanic Church Liaison
GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB FUNCTION:
The Administrative Director, Denver Church Liaison position supports the execution of the vision and strategy of the second phase of the Young Adult Initiative (YAI). This position works closely with the Creative Director and other Administrative Directors to conduct research, create educational experiences and materials, and promote the work of the Young Adult Initiative to help congregations attract, disciple, retain, and mobilize young adults and young adult ministers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborates with the Creative Director and other Administrative Directors to determine initiative priorities, scope, and direction. Collaborates to execute and administer those priorities, ensuring goals are met.
- In collaboration with the Creative Director and other Administrative Directors, designs and conducts sound research. This role will develop relationships with and conduct research within US-based Hispanic churches.
- Designs and produces educational content. This may include, but is not limited to, a podcast, blog posts, social media presence, and webinars.
- Creates and executes an annual YAI conference
- Based on the research findings, produces a playbook that congregations can use to better attract, disciple, retain, and mobilize young adults and young adult ministers.
- Takes on other tasks as needed to support the Young Adult Initiative (YAI).
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
REQUIRED
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with administrative oversight and support
- Strong team and management skills
- Business interpersonal skills; emotional intelligence skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time and project management skills
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience working with young adults and/or young adult ministers
- Experience conducting sound research.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office working conditions including computer usage may require occasional standing, walking, long periods of sitting, climb stairs, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
