General Assisting

• Creating, editing, and typing various documents and presentations.

• Managing receipts and assisting with the management of the department budget.

• Running errands to pick up supplies, equipment, groceries, etc.

• Scheduling meetings.

• Managing digital document filing.



• Working alongside some of the mission organizations and nonprofits that we partner with to

support them with their general accounting needs.


Data Management

• Developing various data reports and dashboards to calculate, track, and predict both data points

and trends.

• May include data entry, data merging, and report consolidation.


Hospitable Service

• Operating in an environment of hospitality by exhibiting courtesy and respect to all office


• Nurturing office culture by encouraging colleagues and avoiding gossip and negativity.


Publications & Reports

• Writing, editing, and publishing various documents, manuals, ebooks and books.

• Creating reports using various software i.e Tableau, Excel, Word, Adobe, Canva, etc.



• Gathering quotes, comparing prices, and recommending the best products/services.

• Ordering & receiving items.


Innovative Solutions

• Researching and implementing methods to innovate traditional administrative tasks.


Other Tasks as Assigned

• Willingness to learn and assume new responsibilities and/or tasks as needed.



• Some college is required.

• Degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, Office Administrative Technology, or similar

field. (Preferred)

• Three or more years work experience in an office setting. (Preferred)

• Previous ministry experience, specifically working within a church. (Preferred)

• Knowledge of church ministries and operations. (Required)

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word. (Required)

• Proficient in Quickbooks, Canva, Tableau, and Adobe. (Preferred)

• Willingness & ability to learn new software. (Required)

• Demonstrate a strong and professional work ethic. (Required)


Job Type

• Full-time

• Salary and benefits are competitive and discussed at the time of job offer.



• 8am-5pm, M-Th.

• Occasional nights and weekends.

• Morristown, TN 37814: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
