After School Care Teacher
FRCS seeks a caring, responsible, and energetic After School Care Teacher to support our After Care Program serving students in Kindergarten through 6th grade. This part-time role works under the direction of the After School Care Program Coordinator to help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment after school hours.
The After Care Teacher plays an important role in supervising students, leading activities, and supporting daily program operations.

- Student supervision and instruction
- Program support
- Communication with parents and staff
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate
- Experience in childcare, youth programming, or elementary education preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to engage and supervise children in grades K–6
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass required background checks
- A positive, patient, and supportive attitude when working with children and colleagues
