Salary/Range: Pay starts at $34,300 annually. Full-time employees receive medical and dental insurance, which is covered by the school (spouse and children may be added for a cost). Vision insurance is also available. Tuition discount is also available for full time employees.

Are you passionate about Christian education? If so, we might have the opening for you. Front Range Christian School is seeking applicants for an Admissions Counselor. Qualified candidates: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant work experience in Administration, Marketing and customer service. Candidates must be active and passionate followers of Jesus Christ and have a calling to serve Christ in our community. This full-time position is open for the 2026/2027 school year.

Qualified applicants will possess the following:

  • Must be a team player, involved with new student recruiting through online inquiry, phone counseling, campus tours, inquiry generation and inquiry follow-up. Processing applications from inquiry through enrollment. Preparing for and attending Admissions Events, administrative duties including reporting.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and motivated
  • Must display a strong work ethic
  • Must display an enthusiastic attitude about FRCS with professionalism to incoming families as well as staff members
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills (attention to spelling and grammar, professional)
  • Must be highly sensitive to confidentiality
  • Must display a humble, teachable spirit and a servant’s heart
  • General knowledge of various systems and reporting (Quick Learner)
  • Preferred experience in K-12 Christian education and administration

Typical Physical Demands

Include but are not limited to sitting at a desk, walking the campus for tours, typing, making phone calls, copying, setting up for events which may include bending and lifting. This job requires consistent use of computers and strong interpersonal skills with prospective families and other FRCS staff members.

Duties include but are limited to:

  • Communicate via phone and email to prospective families
  • Campus tours
  • Set up student shadows
  • Set up student testing
  • Set up family interviews
  • Manage individual caseload/communication flow and database reporting from inquiry through enrollment
  • Data Input into reporting system
  • Weekly accountability and follow up
  • Invite families to Admissions Events
  • Counsel families in K-12 educational decisions and basic financial aid
  • Organize volunteers for Admissions events and help coordinate Admissions events
  • Attend occasional recruiting events (outside marketing events)
  • Organize and oversee Falcon Ambassador Programs (Family and Student)
  • Oversee Admissions volunteers for events
