Full-Time Nanny Needed – Highlands Ranch, CO

We are a warm and busy family in Highlands Ranch seeking an experienced, reliable full-time nanny to care for our two young children beginning in August 2026. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., caring for a 2.5-year-old and a 3-month-old. We are looking for someone who is nurturing, proactive, safety-focused, and interested in becoming a long-term part of our family’s support system.

Daily responsibilities will include transporting the 2.5-year-old to and from part-time preschool, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, encouraging learning and development through play, and helping maintain a consistent routine. Care for the infant will include feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, tummy time, and developmentally appropriate enrichment. We would love to find someone who enjoys getting out of the house with children and is comfortable taking them to parks, libraries, story times, and other local activities. Light child-related housekeeping, such as washing bottles, tidying play areas, and occasional children’s laundry, is also appreciated.

This position offers $28–$30 per hour, depending on experience, guaranteed full-time hours, a gas/mileage stipend, paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave. Employment will be on the books as a W-2 household employee through Poppins Payroll.

Qualified candidates will have professional childcare experience, including newborn and infant care, and preferably experience caring for multiple young children at the same time. A background in education, early childhood development, or a related field is a plus. Candidates must be CPR and First Aid certified, possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, be comfortable transporting children, be non-smokers, and be comfortable around cats. Strong references are required.
