ABOUT GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH

Grace Community Church is a thriving, non-denominational congregation in Roswell, New Mexico with a singular mission: helping people find and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. Planted in 1998, Grace has grown from 90 people in a living room to nearly 1,000 in weekend attendance. They have grown by 27% in the last two years with 63 baptisms and 100 new members in 2025 alone. 

Grace is built around five core purposes, Grow, Reach, Adore, Connect, and Equip, and every ministry, budget decision, and calendar event flows from those five words. The staff team is unified, deeply relational, and the kind of people who drop everything when a teammate needs help. ABOUT GRACE ESPAÑOL

Grace Español is Grace Community Church’s Spanish-language congregation, now in its third year and averaging 60–75 adults on Sundays. Grace is one church with two languages, united in mission, vision, and leadership. Grace Español is still in a season of formation, which means the pastor who steps into this role has real freedom to build, shape, and lead a congregation from its early years with the full support of a healthy, established church behind them. The groundwork has been laid. What is needed now is the right pastor to take it forward.

THE ROLE

Grace Community Church is seeking a bilingual Mission & Grace Español Pastor to serve in a full-time, dual-calling position. This pastor will lead Grace Español as its primary shepherd while also championing the broader missions strategy of Grace Community Church.

As Lead Pastor of Grace Español, this person will preach weekly in Spanish, develop leaders from within the congregation, provide pastoral care to families, and cast vision for what Grace Español is becoming. As Missions Pastor, this person will lead local outreach efforts within Roswell’s large Spanish-speaking community and coordinate the church’s international mission partnerships, including 1–2 international trips per year.

This is not a support role or a satellite ministry. It is a full pastoral calling with real responsibility, a healthy team, and a mission field that is wide open.

WHAT GRACE IS LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English; preaching proficiency in Spanish is essential
• 3–5 years of vocational ministry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies or Ministry preferred; accredited ministry certificate programs considered
• Experience leading or serving in a Spanish-speaking congregation preferred
• Heart for local outreach, community engagement, and international missions
• Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills
• Alignment with Grace Community Church’s doctrine, mission, and values
