Youth for Christ International is seeking a spiritually mature, visionary, and globally-minded leader to serve as President/CEO (International Director). This role provides spiritual, strategic, and relational leadership across the global movement, ensuring alignment with Youth for Christ International’s mission, vision, and core values.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees and General Assembly, the President/CEO oversees global strategy, organizational health, financial sustainability, and mission execution while strengthening unity across a diverse, decentralized network.

Youth for Christ is a global movement dedicated to reaching and discipling young people for Jesus Christ in more than 120 nations. Operating as a federated network of national ministries, Youth for Christ International equips and supports leaders worldwide while fostering unity through a shared mission, governance framework, and strategic priorities.
