New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home and Family Ministries goal is to bring hope to hurting children and

families. This is done primarily through caring for children from hard places and providing counseling

and classes to struggling families.

Houseparent Missionary Couples move into large, provided homes on one of our campuses and care

for up to 9 children.

Houseparent Missionary single women will be teamed with another single woman, and they will

work as a team to care for up to 9 children.

Salary: $83,000+/couple or $41,500+/single

Houseparent Missionary Couples may have 1 well-behaved pet and up to 2 dependent children.

Single Houseparent Missionaries may have up to 1 well-behaved pet.

Houseparents must be at least 25 years old.
