Overview
Creates and implements Christ-centered, transformative worship experiences through music, liturgy, and opportunities for creative inclusion of all worship goers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, rehearsing, and execution of the weekly Sunday morning worship service, ensuring a seamless flow that encourages congregation participation.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and schedule musicians, vocalists, and technical team members to enhance their skills and spiritual growth.
• Collaborate with pastor(s) and ministry leaders to align worship themes with sermon series and church events.
• Oversee the selection of songs, arrangements, and multimedia elements.
• Understands (or is willing to learn) the Christian liturgical calendar and worship liturgy within the framework of the Reformed tradition.
• Communicate effectively with staff and volunteers to coordinate schedules and training sessions that support the overall worship experience.
• Collaborative worship planning with pastor, worship team, and volunteers

Requirements

• Within scope of job, requires musical understanding and/or ability, organizational skills, creativity, technological skills or desire/ability to learn, the ability to work collaboratively, to lead, serve, and be a part of a team (with fellow staff and worship volunteers/musicians), the ability to work with minimal supervision.
