Job Title: Office Manager

(Flexible Role – Additional Skills a Plus)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our church as well as office building. This role is flexible and may expand based on the candidate’s skills and interests.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting and finances of the church including all necessary documents and reports for the organization, budgeting, giving/donations, deposits, payroll, bills, etc.
  • Manage office and building operations and communication
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain records and basic organizational systems

Additional Skills (Optional / Based on Candidate Strengths):

  • Technology management
  • website updates or light development/maintenance
  • Leasing or rental tenant management
