WHY WE’RE LOOKING:
This role is responsible for building and leading a ministry department that supports healthy pastors to lead healthy churches who are rooted in their purpose, focused on their mission, and growing in their impact.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education and/or experience that have prepared you for this role

- Commitment to our mission: we help people become like Jesus and join him on mission. (Mat 28:19-20)
- Commitment to our vision: we’re working towards reaching everyone on the Front Range of Colorado with the good news of Jesus
- Commitment to our core values: we’re a crazy generous, daringly creative, intentionally improving, Bible-driven, kingdom-minded, tribe
- Agreement with our doctrinal statement (nothing radical here, we’re a Bible-driven church that’s part of Converge Worldwide)
- Culturally adept; ability to understand and connect effectively across ethnic, religious, demographic and regional (Colorado in particular) segments
- Ability to:
- Cast vision and develop strategies to achieve
- Lead and influence others
- Recruit, train and mobilize leaders
- Manage budget and departmental operations
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the vision of Mission Hills Church to see every person in the Front Range live within 10 minutes of multiple healthy churches
- Recruit Gospel-preaching, Bible-driven churches in the Front Range to actively engage with the MHA
- Promote the development of healthy churches that effectively connect people to a relationship with Jesus Christ
- Build community among MHA members (bring together, build unity in the Church)
- Oversee development and implementation of content and programs that support MHA membership
- Recruit, develop and deploy team members (staff and Serve team)
- Supervise MHA staff
- Continue to grow spiritually and professionally
- Meet regularly with the Lead Pastor to pursue ongoing spiritual and professional growth opportunities
