For our junior/senior high school, we are seeking a Dean of Students who promotes joy, restoration, community, and discipleship. Discipline is an inherent aspect of student formation, and one can learn a lot about the way a school thinks of students by paying attention to how they choose to correct student behavior. We seek a Dean of Students who will work to meaningfully partner with the home in the discipleship and discipline of students in order to contribute to the overall mission and vision at FRCS. The Dean of Students serves as a primary point person for student success, serves as a key liaison between students, parents, and teachers, and serves to uphold the expectations and values of the school community.

Ideal candidates will have experience and an academic background in Education or in a related field. Preference is given to candidates with prior experience teaching or working with youth. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and candidates with an advanced degree are preferred.
