Position Overview

The Licensed Trauma-Informed Counselor provides outpatient behavioral health services to adult survivors of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, and individuals at high risk of being trafficked. Services may be delivered in person in the Colorado Springs or Denver area and via secure telehealth platforms within the state of Colorado.

This role is integral to TCC’s clinical services by conducting trauma-informed assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering individualized, trauma-informed psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs and stage of healing.

In addition to psychotherapy, this role includes clinically appropriate care coordination activities that support treatment engagement, crisis response, continuity of care, and access to medically and socially necessary services.

This position requires strong clinical judgment, ethical grounding, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the counseling team and other support professionals involved in client care.
