Operations Facilitator
SUMMARY OF ROLE / RESULTS
The Operations Facilitator supports the daily operations of Forge by overseeing facilities, tenant relations, events, and administrative functions. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role helps ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and effective resource management.
We’re seeking someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who can manage a variety of responsibilities while contributing to Forge’s mission of raising up Kingdom laborers across all spheres of society worldwide.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience in event coordination and planning
- Effective time management
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, email, calendars, CRM tools)
- Ability to compile reports for leadership
- Bonus: Experience managing social media engagement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities & Tenant Support
- Manage vendor relationships and order supplies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, including regular check-ins and calendar coordination
- Provide support for urgent facility or tenant needs
- Oversee hospitality and assist with event logistics
Operations & Administration
- Process mail and donations, including CRM data entry
- Maintain and update database records; generate reports as needed
- Support internal and external communications
- Manage inventory of resources and materials
- Fulfill merchandise orders
Events & Ministry Support
- Assist with event planning, registration, setup, and execution
- Coordinate communications and gather content for newsletters and updates
Special Projects
- Support the Operations Director with additional projects and operational needs
