As a Pastoral Resident, you will grow in your ability to do ministry within the context of a local church while intentionally deepening your spiritual formation and leadership skills. This 9-month commitment, August through May, will provide you with perspective on vocational ministry, specifically within your area of ministry emphasis, depending on your giftings, interests, and WestGate’s needs:
