Location: Castle Rock, CO (some travel required within Colorado’s front range) Schedule: 40 hours per week | Some schedule flexibility; requires occasional evening/weekend availability

About the Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pregnancy Counselor/Adoption Caseworker to join our team fulltime. This role is vital to our mission, offering direct support to birth families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
The Pregnancy Counselor/Adoption Caseworker will provide counseling and support to women and men experiencing an unintended pregnancy as well as conduct assessments of potential adoptive families. This position is ideal for a professional with a heart for service, strong emotional resilience, and a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
Provide options and relinquishment counseling to expectant parents
Conduct SAFE home study assessments for prospective adoptive families
Provide post placement supervision for adoptive families
Maintain accurate documentation in case records and ensure compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events as needed
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related social/behavioral science field required. • Prior experience in adoption preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Alignment with the mission and values of Hope’s Promise
