About Discipleship Journeys with Jesus

Discipleship Journeys with Jesus (djjministry.org) exists to transform lives by making 100 million disciples around the globe. We provide a free, self-paced discipleship program in multiple languages that guides people on transformative journeys through Scripture. Designed as a weekly study to be done with others, our program creates a pathway to deeper intimacy with Jesus while fulfilling His Great Commission.

We’re actively seeking passionate believers to join our team in the following role:

Regional Mobilization Coordinator 

This role would travel to visit, encourage, and provide ministry oversight and support to our disciple makers around the globe. 

Essential Responsibilities

-pray for and communicate regularly with disciple makers in the chosen region (such as East Africa, India, etc.)

-travel occasionally to provide in-person accountability, support, and pastoral care

-participate in and lead disciple-making training

-work with other members of our Mobilization team to grow ministry impact

Qualifications

-strong, contagious faith in Jesus 

-passionate and knowledgeable about the Bible

-pastoral or missionary training and/or experience is strongly preferred

-proven track record of making disciples

-ability to travel internationally as needed (1-3 times per year)

Note: This role operates on a support raising model. DJJ will support and equip you as you raise support, but there is no formal compensation for this role. This position is considered ministerial in nature and may be commissioned as a minister of the Gospel after full training and onboarding.

As a faith-based ministry, we trust God to meet our needs and operate through a support-raising model. Most of our staff raise personal support or volunteer their time. We’re committed to walking alongside you in this journey.
