Redeemer Baptist Church is looking for a part-time Youth Pastor to help disciple and shepherd our middle and high school students.

Our desire is to see students grow in their understanding of Scripture, their love for Jesus, and their connection to the local church. We value authentic relationships, biblical teaching, and consistent presence in the lives of students.

This role is well suited for a seminary or ministry student who desires practical ministry experience while investing in the spiritual formation of young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a weekly youth gathering
• Teach Scripture in engaging, age-appropriate ways
• Build relationships with students and their families
• Help cultivate a welcoming and Christ-centered youth ministry environment

Time Commitment & Compensation

• 5–7 hours per week
• $1,000 per month
• Flexible schedule outside of the weekly youth gathering

Qualifications

• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Dependable, relational, and team-oriented
