Ministry Development Program Resident
The Mission Hills Ministry Development Program (2026 – 2027) is a 10 month (September 2026 — June 2027), part-time (20 hours per week) paid residency training program for those who are pursuing a career in vocational ministry, or for those who want to test out if God is leading them in that direction. It will equip you and give you practical experience in church ministry as you follow your calling. More information and FAQ’s can be found at www.missionhills.org/mdp
There are 9 resident positions available and one can choose to apply to the following ministry areas:
Care Ministry, Communications, Facilities, Guest Services, High School, Kids, Middle School, Ministry Services, Next Steps, Outreach, Sports & Rec, Students, Tech, Worship, Young Adults.
