With that said, Crossroads is seeking a champion of worship who leads out of the overflow of a personal and thriving relationship with Jesus. They are not looking for someone to simply lead songs, but for someone who will lead people in worship. This candidate will work closely with our Lead Pastor, staff, and music and production teams to help create a worship experience that draws people into the presence of God and aligns with the vision and mission of Crossroads.
