The Role
Dake Collaborative is seeking a detail-oriented 3D Scanning Technician to capture high-fidelity digital twins of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for driving to project sites and using high-end scanning hardware (Matterport Pro3) to document buildings before and during the construction process.
This is a perfect role for a graduate student looking for meaningful, flexible work that utilizes a background in technology and service.
Key Responsibilities

On-Site Scanning: Drive to various client locations to perform full 3D scans of homes and small commercial buildings.

Tech Management: Operate the Matterport Pro3 camera and mobile app to ensure 100% coverage and high-quality data capture.

Project Coordination: Maintain a personal schedule that syncs with our central scheduling calendar to ensure timely project completion.

Professional Representation: Serve as the face of Dake Collaborative on-site, maintaining a high level of professionalism and clear communication with clients.

Technical Familiarity: Prior experience as a photographer or A/V technician (specifically in a church or ministry setting) is highly valued.

Reliability: You must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to manage your own transit to various sites.

Adaptability: Ability to learn the Matterport ecosystem quickly (we provide all equipment and training).

Scheduling: A flexible schedule that allows for weekday site visits.
