Job Board

This Associate Pastor joins our pastoral team to support the staff and ministries of NDC as well as provide pastoral care to the community. We are looking for someone who is passionate about spiritual formation and helping people follow Jesus.  

Specifically, this role involves overseeing care of men and men’s events in our community, so a male is preferred. His core strengths would shine through soft skills: emotional intelligence, collaborative teamwork, wise leadership, strong communication, and discernment. These gifts would show up in one-on-one meetings, in the way he engages our community, and in how he supports and leads other staff and key volunteers.
