Christian family seeking a single female (no couples, no children) to live full-time in our lovely 1400 sq ft walkout basement apartment in Highlands Ranch with our high functioning 24 yr old Special Needs daughter in a roommate/mentor role.  Responsibilities include some transportation, shopping and meal preparation and general oversight.   Our daughter is fully capable of self-care and is very social.  Compensation includes free rent, utilities, internet/streaming services, recreation center membership and your own bedroom in a nice, quiet upscale neighborhood with easy access to trails, parks, shopping and many other amenities.  Financial compensation of approximately $2000 per month in addition.  Lots of free time, including 2 weekends per month (Fri/Sat/Sun) completely free.  NOTES:  1) This job REQUIRES living in our home and a big part of the compensation is a free place to live.  2)  No smoking of any kind.  3) No overnight guests.
