The Opportunity

This role is for someone who wants more than a typical barista shift.

As an Event Lead Barista, you’ll be trusted to represent Selah Coffee on-site, serve high-quality espresso drinks, and help ensure events run smoothly from setup to breakdown. You’ll balance craft, hospitality, and light logistics, often acting as the lead presence at events.

What You’ll Do

• Create welcoming, memorable guest experiences through warm and professional hospitality
• Prepare espresso-based beverages with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Lead on-site execution including setup, breakdown, and event flow
• Manage high-volume service while staying calm and organized
• Maintain clean, polished workstations and equipment
• Support inventory tracking and restocking for events
• Drive a company van to and from event locations when required

Who This Role Is For

• Someone with barista or customer service experience (event experience is a plus)
• Someone who enjoys leading, problem-solving, and taking ownership on-site
• Someone who communicates clearly and works well independently or with a team
• Someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and professional under pressure
• Someone with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Someone with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
