We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Foster Care Placement Supervisor to lead our foster care team. This leadership position is critical to our mission, overseeing both our casework team and the placement process that connects children with loving foster families during vulnerable moments in their lives.

As the Foster Care Placement Supervisor, you will lead a team of foster care caseworkers while managing the intake and placement coordination process. This role combines clinical supervision, placement decision-making, and team leadership—making it ideal for an experienced professional with a heart for service and a commitment to child welfare excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to foster care caseworkers
• Ensure caseworkers deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to foster families and children in care
• Coordinate the placement of children in Hope’s Promise foster families
• Collaborate with county departments, legal professionals, and social services to ensure all decisions prioritize the child’s best interests
• Monitor team compliance with organizational policies and Colorado foster care regulations
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events as needed
