Centennial Covenant Church is seeking a Director of Children’s Ministries to lead and grow a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry for children (Nursery–5th Grade), with a primary emphasis on Elementary. This role provides vision, care, and hands-on leadership for Sunday programming, volunteers, curriculum, family communication, and key spiritual milestones (including infant dedication and baptism), while partnering closely with our broader staff team to support kids and their families. The Director equips and supports volunteer teams, coordinates special events such as VBS and family workshops, and offers oversight for Nursery and Early Childhood leaders—helping create a welcoming, safe, and spiritually formative environment where children can know Jesus and thrive.
