Counseling with Care is a collaborative, client-centered mental health practice committed to whole-person healing—mind, body, and soul. In partnership with Parker Family Care, a trusted family medical practice, we offer an integrated approach to wellness that bridges mental and physical healthcare.

Our dynamic team includes five dedicated counselors and six experienced medical professionals who work closely to provide truly integrated care. We believe lasting healing comes from addressing both mental and physical health. This close collaboration allows us to better understand each client’s full experience and deliver more effective, personalized treatment.

🌿 Who We’re Hiring

Licensed or Conditional Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated counselor to join our team!
In this role, you’ll:

• Work with adults, children, and teens through individual, marriage, and family counseling
• Keep client documentation up to date and organized
• Join our supportive team for supervision (if needed) and team meetings every 2nd and 4th Thursday
• Be available for one evening shift per week
• Build a caseload that fits your life — typically 20–40+ clients per week
• Meet clients in person and through Telehealth, offering flexibility and connection

💫 What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Are registered with Colorado DORA
• Enjoy collaborating with other professionals and supporting a positive team culture
