Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team, with a primary focus on adult individuals and couples. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy relational work, couples therapy, and trauma-informed outpatient practice.

This is a W2 employee position with steady referrals, full administrative and billing support, and opportunities for consultation and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient individual therapy to adults
  • Facilitate couples therapy and relational work
  • Develop and implement trauma informed, strengths based treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence based modalities such as EFT, EMDR, CBT, ACT, or related approaches
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in SimplePractice
  • Collaborate with referral sources and providers as clinically indicated
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards consistent with Colorado practice regulations

Who You Are

  • Licensed or pre-licensed clinician in Colorado (LPCC, LSW, MFTC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Experience working with adults and/or couples
  • Comfortable with emotionally complex and relational presentations
  • Trauma informed, client-centered, and ethically grounded
  • Values collaboration, clear communication, and ongoing learning
  • Interested in a long-term outpatient clinical role

Preferred (Not Required)

  • EFT-trained or interested in EFT for couples
  • EMDR trained or willing to pursue training
  • Experience with attachment-based or relational models

Schedule & Expectations

  • Minimum 22–25 billable clinical hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling with afternoon/evening availability preferred
  • In-person and telehealth options available

Compensation & Benefits

  • $47 per billable clinical hour (W2 employee)
